XT40-2-BT40-DC/XT50-2-BT50-DC 后置式電主軸傳動形式為后置式電機直接驅(qū)動，配有水冷卻系統(tǒng)。由于電機的散熱條件比較好，軸承溫升低，主軸的熱變形小，能夠傳遞很高的轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩，而且剛性好，機構(gòu)緊湊，可大大提高機床的生產(chǎn)效率和工件的加工質(zhì)量。主軸具有自動松拉刀、精確控制轉(zhuǎn)速和實現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)停、中心內(nèi)冷等功能。
